1. Acceptance of Terms

Speed Dating Fever Limited (collectively, "FEVER" or "We") welcomes you. FEVER provides dating events and services to you subject to the following Terms of Service (collectively, "TOS"). By accessing and using our services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this TOS. If you do not accept this TOS, you should not access the website or sign up any services/events provided by FEVER.

2. Member Qualifications

FEVER provides high quality dating services to those seeking a serious relationship. Therefore, we only welcome singles who are 18 years old or above. Those people who currently in a relationship or got married are not welcome to participate in our services or events, except those specify. And some events have specific requirements such as academic background, age and height, to ensure the quality of participants. Please do not sign up if you do not fulfil those requirements.

3. Sign Up Procedure

Reservations are required for all events, unless specially specify. The process is simple and quick. Participants can browse and choose a favourite event, then register for our FREE membership and settle the payment.

For FEVER Events：
To start, participants can browse our schedule and choose any event on the FEVER Events page. Then, sign up for your FREE membership and settle the payment. To secure your place in an event, payment must be settled within 24 hours after sign up. Please send the bank-in slip or any payment proof for confirmation by email or WhatsApp as soon as possible. After confirmation, the event place and details will be sent to you at least 1 day before the event by email or WhatsApp. Besides, please keep a copy of the bank-in slip or any payment proof, in case we need it for verification.

For FEVER Match 1+1 & Other FEVER Services：
In corresponding page, please make your appointment by fill in the registration form. Our consultant will contact you to arrange a meeting within 3 working days. During the meeting, we will get more information from you such as your background and needs. And then we will analysis your situation to give you a clearer picture. After meeting, we will offer a quotation. You can make your decision to join or not. The service will be started after the payment confirmation.

4. Companions

During registration of FEVER events or workshops, you can register and pay for your companions. All participants, no matter members or companions must read and accept this TOS, General Disclaimer and Privacy Statements. Afterwards, we may send our newsletter and promotion by email or any other methods to you and your companions. Please inform all your companions of this fact before signing them up.

5. Payment Deadline

For all events, reservations are on a first-come-first-served basis and can only be confirmed upon payment. To secure a place, please settle the payment and notify us within 24 hours. Otherwise your reservation may be cancelled or you may not eligible for any discount without any notification. Late payment may not accepted due to no vacancy or price difference. If we accept the late payment but the price is changed (may be due to the early bird discount is no longer applicable), then you need to settle the balance immediately. If we do not accept the late payment, it can be transferred to another event within the following month, without any change or refund.

6. Event Cancellation and Refund

Cancelled by Member:
Members who would like to change their booking after payment is settled should contact us at least 3 days prior of the event. In such cases, the payment can be transferred to another event within the following month, without any change or refund. If the request is within 3 days prior of the event, or even you do not show up for an event without any notice, the fee is forfeited and there is no any refund or transfer.

Cancelled by FEVER:
If an event is cancelled due to an insufficient number participants or any mistakes made by FEVER, all enrolled participants would be informed at least 1 day prior to the event. FEVER will re-arrange the event within one month, or members can request a full refund.

Cancelled Due to Bad Weather:
For safety reasons, events will be cancelled when the Black Rainstorm signal or Typhoon signal no. 8 or above is hoisted by the Hong Kong Observatory within 2 hours prior to the event. We will contact participants by phone or WhatsApp regarding event re-arrangements. FEVER will re-arrange the event within one month, but refund is not acceptable.

7. Members' Conduct & Integrity

All personal information provided must be correct, updated and reliable. These information include but not limited to name, age, academic background, profession, phone number, email address. Furthermore, all members and participants must accept and agree to be bound by this TOS and any regulations set by FEVER. We reserves the right to refuse admission to any individual who has not conducted themselves in a proper manner or who we have received complaints about during an event. Regarding some serious misbehaviours, we will even terminate the member account and blacklist those members.

8. Termination of Membership

FEVER may, without prior notice, immediately terminate your member account. Cause for such termination shall include but not limited to breaches or violations of this TOS or haven't use the member account for a long period. All terminations shall be made in FEVER's sole discretion and that FEVER shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your account. On the other hand, you may terminate your member account by submitting a termination request to us.

9. General Disclaimer

Before sign up any FEVER events or services, you expressly understand and agree our General Disclaimer.

10. Privacy Statements

Before sign up any FEVER events or services, you expressly understand and agree that all registration data and certain other personal information about you are governed by our "Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance" and our Privacy Statements.

11. Email

Please make sure your registered email account is working normally. It is your responsibility to ensure that every emails sent from our accounts such as system@sdfever.com.hk can be reached to your registered email inbox, but not junk mailbox.

12. Promotion

Once you sign up and submit your registration to us, it means that you have already accepted and agreed this TOS and receiving our upcoming news and promotion. If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please inform us immediately. Or if you do not want to receive any promotional updates or newsletters in the future, please email info@sdfever.com.hk with the title "UNSUBSCRIBE" in the subject.

13. Changes to This Terms of Service

FEVER may update this TOS from time to time without notice. We suggest that you should check this TOS frequently.

14. Chinese and English Versions

In the case of any little discrepancies between the English and the Chinese versions of this TOS, the Chinese version shall apply and prevail.
